SHIPPING & ORDER TIMES
I've made an order - how long does it take?
  • I strive to get orders out as soon as possible to you. Current making time is 3 - 5 days.

  • During busy periods, such as Christmas, please allow extra time due to the larger volume of orders being processed.

  • If an order is needed in a hurry, please send an email and I will do my best to help you.

  • Order cut off times will be advertised on our socials as well as the website. Therefore, please keep these dates and times in mind when placing your order.

  • Domestic orders are generally sent with Courier Please.

 

  • Areas that Courier Please do not service (PO.Box or Rural) are sent with Australia Post.

​

  • Small items such as decals and ice block holders are sent by regular mail (untracked). If you would like your items tracked, please send me a message before purchasing.

​

  • Once shipped, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your locality.

​

  • You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped and it will include your tracking number.

  • Yes, you can. We’ll email your shipping confirmation when your order is ready to go. Once your order is on the road with Courier Please/Australia Post, you will be able to track your parcel by clicking on the link in the email sent to you.

  • Fletcher and Albert Designs in located in North Ipswich, QLD 4305. You most certainly can pick up your order directly from us to save time and shipping. Please select 'Local Pickup' at checkout.

  • You will receive a notification email when your order is ready for collection. The email contains important information about the collection process.

  • Every item is handmade with lots of love and care and inspected thoroughly before it’s sent to you. Unfortunately, sometimes items do get lost or damaged after they have left our care. If your order has been damaged during transit, you may need to contact Courier Please / Australia Post to lodge a claim with them. It is recommend that you take photos and submit a claim within 48 hours. If you need help, or are unsure what to do, please let me know.​

  • Sorry to hear that there has been a mistake! Even though we double and triple check everything, mistakes still happen. Let us know and we’ll try to work out a solution for you but we do not offer refunds if you make an error on any product.

  • 90% of our timber decorations and products are made from 3mm plywood sourced from renewable plantation sources.

​

  • Due to the natural nature of timber each piece will vary in colour, grain layout, imperfections of the timber and darkness of etching. These variations are not considered as a fault, rather they are what makes each piece unique.

​​

  • The colour of any product may vary slightly from your computer screen due to monitor settings.

 

​

 

 

 

  • Premium permanent vinyl which has a durability rating of up to 6 years.

 

  • The vinyl will adhere to almost all smooth and clean surfaces such as glass, plastic, plastered walls, certain types of wood, and tiles. It is important that you thoroughly clean and dry the surface prior to application.

 

  • It is recommend that you only hand wash any products that you have adhered the vinyl decals to however, they are waterproof.

​

  • All decals come with easy to understand instructions. Just follow the instructions step by step and nothing can go wrong.​
